Make the most of SFDC with Content Library

Based on feedback from many of our Salesforce.com clients, we’ve realized that many users have forgotten or didn’t realize that since Nov. ’09 Content is free for all Salesforce.com users. Content presents a great way to organize and share documents as well as collaborate on presentations. Content users can subscribe to the documents they frequently rely on and be notified each time updates are made. You can send presentations to prospects/customers as a hyperlink in email, which will take them to a private site to view the presentation. If you send it out from the Content Library, you can see when it is opened and know when to make your follow up call. You can even view Content documents on your BlackBerry or IPhone.
